Assembly Operator

The Assembler l completes kitting, assembly and packaging processes according to established operating procedures.

Responsibilities

Principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Read, learn, understand and interpret blueprints and work instructions, and other instructions written or verbal, to complete assembly of products or components according to established guidelines and quality standards.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools following appropriate methods and procedures to complete mechanical assembly of components or products, and prepare products and other items for shipment.
  • Inspect and test parts and products as necessary, during or after assembly, according to established guidelines and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and maintain all equipment according to maintenance plans and established procedures.

Requirements

Desired qualifications:

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts across various digital platforms and systems. You will be responsible for administering our GA4 account, tracking digital ad costs and conversions, and serving as the administrator for our email program. Additionally, you will provide support in managing our Thunder Creek Shopify store, handling data maps using sales and marketing mapping software, and supporting the maintenance of our two company websites.

  • GA4 Administration:
    • Manage and maintain our Google Analytics 4 (GA4) account.
    • Set up tracking and monitor website performance metrics.

Inside Sales Representative

LDJ is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. Reporting to the Vice President - Sales, this position will be responsible for maximizing sales bookings by responding to marketing generated leads and nurturing both active and dormant leads in the CRM system. This role will also be responsible for aligning sales tasks with Territory Sales Managers and existing dealers in specified areas as needed. As a member of our professional sales team, this role will introduce our industry leading products to customers in the Construction, Fuel Distribution, Transportation, Commercial and Agricultural Industries.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • As the first point of contact, deliver an exemplary first impression to incoming sales leads.
  • Respond to all incoming leads in a timely manner.
  • Deliver a professional and consistent sales message through the Qualification and Discovery stages that builds value and increases likelihood of sales bookings.
  • Guide prospects up to the appropriate sales stage for transition to Territory Sales Managers and Thunder Creek Equipment dealers ensuring professional relations.
  • Proactively nurture active and non-active leads in Salesforce with the intent of turning over to TSMs for a sales quote.
  • Generate quotes and convert sales bookings as needed.
  • Responsible for maintaining up-to-date entries and lead status in Salesforce.
  • Manage customer accounts, following up with customers and dealers where necessary for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
  • Provide any necessary data or reports to sales leadership and appropriate team members.
  • Work with sales leadership to develop and enhance best practices.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Territory Sales Manager

T-8 Territory: ND, SD, MN, WI & (Eastern 1/2) MT

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this position will be responsible for leading the sales and territory development initiatives of the product line in the given territory. As a member of our professional sales team, you will develop and enhance relationships with existing dealers, dealer candidates, and customers in the Agriculture, Construction, Fuel Distribution, Transportation, and Commercial Industries.

Responsibilities
  • Build and cultivate successful distribution channels in assigned territory through dealers, distributors, and direct sales
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers in the territory
  • Communication of price programs
  • Develop and execute business and marketing plans with assigned dealers
  • Pursue direct sales by following up on new leads, referrals and generating new prospects via cold calling
  • Support customers and dealers in need of warranty and product support
  • Compiling and communicating up-to-date competitive market data relative to the industry and assigned sales territory
  • Provide training and support to dealers in the territory
  • Follow-up for collection of payment
